Achieve precise and consistent thread tension with the Towa Digital Bobbin Tension Gauge – an essential tool for improving embroidery quality and reducing thread breaks.
Accurate tension control – Ensures correct bobbin settings (25g–30g recommended), preventing warped or distorted designs.
Available in two sizes – Compatible with standard L-type bobbins (20–21 mm) and jumbo M-type bobbins (25–26 mm). Please select the correct size for your machine.
Complete unit – No additional inserts required. Most machines use L-type bobbins, while some industrial multi-head models (e.g. Brother) require M-type bobbins.
Compact and convenient – Features an easy-to-read LED display with 12 times the measuring range of analogue units.
Dual function – Measures both bobbin case thread and upper thread tension in one device.
Battery operated – Requires 3 × AAA batteries (not included).
For best results, ensure your bobbin case is undamaged, with the adjustment screw and check spring correctly in place.
