A high-quality embroidery backing manufactured from viscose fibres. Soft to the touch yet strong and easy to tear, this backing provides reliable stability for embroidery while remaining comfortable against the skin.

• Composition – Made with 68% biodegradable fibres.
• Quality performance – Soft handle, strong structure, conforms to industry standards.
• Tear characteristics – Fibre lay direction allows easier tearing along the grain; cross-lay two pieces for best results.
• Options –
• 60 g version is softer and stronger, though may leave slight fluffy edges.
• Charcoal colour available in 50 g weight only.
• Roll size – 100 cm width × 100 m length.
• Pre-cut service – Available at an additional £8.95 per 100 m roll.

Approximate yield from a 100 m roll (when cut to size):

• 14.25 × 14.25 cm = ~5,000 pieces
• 16.5 × 16.5 cm = ~3,636 pieces
• 20 × 20 cm = ~2,500 pieces
• 25 × 25 cm = ~1,600 pieces
• 33.3 × 33.3 cm = ~900 pieces
