The Cotton Rigid Soft Tear Away Backing is a unique, high-performance solution exclusively available from ETC Supplies. Now offered in a 1000-piece pre-cut pack, this backing combines the best of tear-away and cut-away properties in one product.
Manufactured using a blend of 58% biodegradable fibres and 42% recyclable materials, it offers both sustainability and superior performance. One side features a rigid grid texture for added stability, while the other has a soft brushed cotton finish for a gentle feel against the fabric.
Designed to perform on all fabric types, including thin t-shirts. This backing delivers a 100% clean tear with no fluffy residue. It doesn’t stretch, distort, or break during stitching, making it ideal for heavy-bordered badge designs and large embroidery work.
