Easysol H20 Badgemaster Film

Badgemaster: Easysol H20 Badgemaster can be used in place of badge fabrics to give a clear embroidery base. This is very useful to make badges or motifs as the finished product can simply be pushed out of the film.

This is the ideal way to make badges especialy if you only have orders for small quantity's.

* Cut a piece of Easysol H20 Badgemaster that is large enough for the design or the smallest frame.

*Place the frame in the machine and embroider directly onto the film. Some designs may require two pieces of Badgemaster.

*If you use only the Badgemaster then the finished product should be glued onto the end product.

*To supply badges to your customer so that the stitches remain locked, you should use a piece of our Strong & Stiff backing under the Badgemaster, this acts as the base fabric.

* The badges can be sewn on, or you can use our Fusible Web to heatseal them onto the garment or bag etc.
