A premium cut away backing developed for use with difficult fabrics and challenging embroidery designs. Ideal for polo shirts, knitwear, sharp fonts, small lettering and bordered designs where distortion must be avoided.

• Composition – 100% polyester soft fibres.
• Weights available –
  • 40 g (white only)
  • 50 g (white or charcoal)
  • 80 g (white or charcoal – only one piece required for most designs).
• Performance – Provides stability for high-density embroidery while maintaining a soft handle.
• Applications – Suitable for preventing distortion on delicate or stretch fabrics.
• Roll size – 100 cm width × 100 m length.
• Pre-cut service – Bespoke sizes available. Boxes of 1,000 pre-cut pieces also supplied on request.

Approximate yield per 100 m roll (cut to size):

• 14.25 × 14.25 cm = ~5,000 pieces
• 16.5 × 16.5 cm = ~3,636 pieces
• 20 × 20 cm = ~2,500 pieces
• 25 × 25 cm = ~1,600 pieces
• 33.3 × 33.3 cm = ~900 pieces
