Plasti-Fuse is a clear, double-sided fusible film designed to give embroidered badges a firm backing while allowing them to be ironed directly onto garments. Developed exclusively for ETC Supplies, it provides a strong and reliable bond even after repeated washing.
- Dual function – Adds stability to badges and creates an iron-on finish for easy garment application.
- Proven durability – Tested to withstand 60°C machine washes while maintaining bond integrity.
- Convenient format – Supplied per metre, 24 cm wide.
- Versatile use – Ideal for applications where direct embroidery is not suitable, such as waterproof jackets.
How to apply:
- Place the embroidered badge face down.
- Lay Plasti-Fuse over the back of the badge with the paper side facing up (no trimming required).
- Press with an iron at 170–190°C (Polyester/Cotton setting) for 8–12 seconds.
- Allow to cool, then remove the paper and tear away the excess film around the edge.
- The badge is now ready to be ironed onto the garment.
