Medium Tear Backing is a versatile, high-quality embroidery backing, now available in a convenient 1000-piece pre-cut pack. This product is the wet-laid version of our Soft & Easy backing, offering balanced softness, stability, and tearability for a wide range of embroidery applications.
Made from FSC-certified cellulose fibres (wood pulp), it contains 50% biodegradable fibres and 50% recyclable fibres, an environmentally responsible choice for modern embroidery operations.
This backing features a multi-directional fibre layout using short fibres, allowing for a clean tear in any direction after stitching. It holds firmly during embroidery, providing superior stability across various fabrics. Softer than our Multi Tear backing, but firmer than Soft & Easy, it strikes the perfect balance for everyday use.
