Easy Stick Permanent (Iron on) backing - Fusible Non Woven

A versatile fusible embroidery backing available in a range of weights for different applications. Lighter weights provide a soft finish for garments, while heavier weights offer a stiffer handle for badges, epaulettes and similar items.
- Permanent fusible backing – Provides long-lasting stability and support.
- Applications – One piece per design is sufficient.
- Weight options –
- Lighter weights: Soft finish, ideal for garment embroidery.
- Heavier weights: Stronger, stiffer support for badges and epaulettes.
- Colours available – White or Charcoal.
- Roll format – 91 cm wide × 100 m long.
- Note – Fusible backings are not available pre-cut.
Fusing guide (basic conditions, test before production):
- Products: IFN033/153PPSW, IAPN034/100P1W
- Temperature: 121–135°C (250–270°F)
- Time: 9–10 seconds
- Pressure: 1 bar (80 PSI)
- Products: IFM060/102PSW, IFM089/090FW, IFN110/100VPW, IFAP/024/100PLAS, ISTF/025/100FILM
- Temperature: 138–155°C (280–310°F)
- Time: 12–14 seconds
- Pressure: 1 bar (80 PSI)
- Products: IFNR25/090MESH, IFNT30/090RPMESH, IFBF045/125PVW
- Temperature: 110–125°C (230–257°F)
- Time: 9–10 seconds
- Pressure: 1 bar (80 PSI)
Compliance: All ETC Supplies embroidery backings are manufactured to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and REACH Standards in a factory certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
