What is a Mighty Hoop?
A Mighty Hoop is a strong magnetic embroidery frame. Instead of manually tightening an
outer ring around an inner ring, the two sections are drawn together by magnetic force.
Because the magnetic frame can adapt to different material thicknesses, there is no outer-ring screw to adjust every time you move from a polo shirt to a sweatshirt or jacket. This can make the hooping process quicker and reduce the pressure placed on the operator’s hands and wrists.

What is HoopMaster?
HoopMaster is a hooping and placement system. Its purpose is to help an operatorposition embroidery accurately and consistently before the garment goes onto the machine.
A typical HoopMaster setup uses three main elements:
1. A station that provides a stable base and supports the garment
2. A fixture that holds a particular hoop or frame in the correct position
3. Placement guides, including the T-square system, that help establish repeatable embroidery locations
The operator places the garment over the station, aligns it using the guides and then hoops it inside the fixture. Once the garment has been hooped, the complete frame is removed and fitted to the embroidery machine.
HoopMaster is particularly valuable when the same logo needs to appear in the same position across a batch of polos, sweatshirts, jackets or uniforms. Once the placement has been set, it can be documented and repeated, helping different operators achieve consistent results.

Can you use Mighty Hoop without HoopMaster?

Can HoopMaster be used without Mighty Hoop?
Yes. The original HoopMaster system was developed to position conventional two-part embroidery hoops. A fixture is matched to the hoop being used, holding it securely while the garment is positioned.
