EMS RAIL Mounted Clamping System the ICTCS3 is the largest in the ICTCS line of clamps. It boasts a huge 13” x 9” sewing window. Due to the width of the clamp, it does not fit in between most standard tubular arms, so this product is rail mounted for better support and strength.
