At ETC Supplies, we kicked off 2026 with our Annual Strategy Meeting - a day dedicated to celebrating the year behind us and getting aligned on what’s ahead.
The session gave us the chance to reflect on the progress made throughout 2025, recognise individual achievements, and share plans for the year to come. It’s always a valuable moment to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect as a team, and focus on the bigger picture.
We welcomed guest speaker Perry McCarthy, former Formula One driver and the original Stig from BBC’s Top Gear. His talk brought plenty of humour, energy and motivation, with a clear message about staying resilient, pushing through setbacks, and keeping momentum even when things feel challenging.
Looking back at 2025
After the keynote speech we celebrated our 2025 achievements:

- Exhibiting P&P LIVE! with a brand new stand design.
We always look to reflect on our wins and successes, revisiting these shows us how far we've come and achieved together.
Looking ahead to 2026
We then turned our attention to the year ahead, with big plans being revealed, including:

- Attending even more trade shows.
- More investment into new machinery and equipment.
